This non-professional rating is recognized as one that denotes an experienced and accomplished scuba diver. To achieve this rating requires a diver to take 5 PADI Specialty diver and the PADI Rescue Diver and EFR certification are prerequisites to this course. This the highest non professional rating a diver can earn and represents a niche group of distiguished and knowledgable divers.
