PADI E-learning options with UDC

If you'd like to get a head start on the academic portions of your PADI courses prior to arriving on Utila, Honduras, then you can enrol in the PADI e-learning modules for each course. E-learning is an interactive online course with videos, quick quizzes and knowledge reviews for you to complete as you read through each manual. At the end of each manual, you'll print a certificate to show you have completed and understood all academics. There are additional costs for e-learning, of approximately $120 per course for Open Water, Advanced and Rescue Diver (saving you $35 each course per manual) and $320 for the PADI Instructor Development Course.

Another option to E-learning unique to Utila Dive Centre is an E-book. This is an electronic version of the PADI manual and is available for the Open Water, Advanced and Rescue courses. E-books are included in your course package fees to Utila Dive Centre. All you need to do is pre-pay your program/package fee, and we'll send you the web access and online access codes to start reading through the relevant manuals.

Further down this page, you'll also find video access to the PADI Divemaster skills circuit which you'll complete on both the PADI Divemaster and Instructor courses (for candidates who are already Divemasters, this will help refresh you). Also, for candidates already certified as PADI Divemasters and joining one of our PADI IDC's, we have online exams for you to prepare and revise for your IDC and IE once you have confirmed your place on the course with us.
